Sometimes it takes more than a day to do the job right. This front porch had settled over time and started to allowing water into the crawlspace. The ground below the uneven concrete settled and allowed water to come between the porch and house. With constant moisture the wood began to rot. Causing the front door to shift and become difficult to close. This problem needed more than just caulk/sealer. Now the front door closes with ease and crawlspace is DRY!
