Fitness Life 28.06.2021

I've been getting a lot of questions lately about our group fitness classes. All classes are included with your membership. Our goal is to teach you how to workout so that you can make the most of your gym membership. Whether you are a beginner who has never set foot into a gym before or you are an advanced lifter looking to improve your form and expand your exercise data base, we invite you to join us. Currently we are offering the following classes: Monday/Thursday- 4pm Fle...xibility training/Fit Factory The beginning of class focuses on stretching and learning how to properly warm up before your lifting routine. Then we move into weight lifting and functional training taking advantage of resistance machines, free weights, and the sled. This class is 1 hour. Monday/Thursday-6pm Beginner's Workout While this class is modeled closely after the Fit Factory class, it is only 30 minutes long so we skip the warm up. Monday is typically a lower body workout and Thursday is typically an upper body workout. Monday/Thursday-6pm Spin Meet us in the spin room for 45 minutes of cycling. The cool thing about spin is that each individual is in charge of their intensity level and calorie burn. No experience necessary. We will guide you through intervals and teach you how to use the resistance on your bike. The room is lit only by black lights so it's a no judgement zone. No one knows how strong the rider is next to them, we just have fun together. 45 minutes Monday/Thursday-6:30pm Boxing Fundamentals Stressful day at work? Need to get a little aggression out? Join us for 45 minutes of boxing fundamentals. We teach the basic 1, 2, 3, 4 punch rotating through a circuit of hitting the mitts, punching the bags, shadow boxing, ab work, and foot work. Currently, we are all beginners. Bring your own gloves if you have them as our supply is limited. Tuesday- 6pm Flexibility 30 minutes of yoga type stretching perfect for those wanting to build strength without hitting the weights or individuals looking for a good way to calm down at the end of the day. Group classes are a great way to meet a new friend and hold yourself accountable in the gym. We have personal training available for anyone looking for a personalized workout tailored specifically to help them achieve their fitness goals. Send a message for more information.
