Black History in Crisp Co. goes to Seahart Outreach Care & Share Foundation Inc. This foundation is a domestic nonprofit incorporation established in 2008 and named in honor of the late Mr. Seahart Harmon Jr. Seahart Outreach networks with My Dream Care & Share Foundation Inc., home-based in Newton, Ga and partners with World Vision International. The Harmon family has served the Crisp and Dooly area and supported other local churches and social civic organizations by giving... school supplies, toys, clothes, aa well as household goods. The mission is to serve families in need with compassion and love. Seahart Outreach sponsors two major event's yearly back to school and Christmas giveaway to the community. Mother Jessie Harmon who is the wife of the late Seahart Harmon Jr., believes in hands services when it comes to giving back to the community along with her daughters. Dr. Frankie Harmon serves as CEO, Ms. Rosa Hamon serves as CFO and Mrs. Beulah Harmon Morgan serves as secretary.
