What would you like to eat on the raining day or cold day ? Ph soup is the best choice for you. Ph is also an excellent cold remedy ones due to all healing spices that packed with coriander, star anise, ginger, onion .. in the broth.... A bowl of Ph with a very hot and a full flavoring of rich broth combine with rice noodles, choices of beef, chicken, shrimp ....; add some bean sprout and nutrient herbs such as basils, cilantros, green onions... A squeeze of lime or lemon to finish makes all bad cold, flu goes away... P.s Do not forget to add hosin sauce & sriracha to your Ph Ph !!!
