A few recently completed projects. Couldn’t be happier with the way they turned out!

When my daughter was around 5 years old, she was hooked on a cartoon movie called Robots. We must have watched that movie more than 100 times. The tag line in the movie from the main character was See a need, Fill a need. Evia would repeat the phrase over and over again around the house and in the car. Fast forward 10 years and I find myself seeing a need.... Just six weeks and two listings into my real estate career I have come to find that here in the metro Atlanta area are very few legitimate companies that handle small punch list style repairs for people looking to get their home ready to list, simply repaired, or upgraded. Often clients make numerous calls to multiple handymen type companies that either are not qualified to do the work or just don’t want the small jobs. Today I am launching Punch List Remodeling. Along with real estate-I am rolling my sleeves up and getting back to what my father has taught me best, which is the construction industry. At Punch List Remodeling, there is no job too big or too small, and all repair estimates are free. I welcome both commercial and residential work.
