Thank you for all of the calls, messages, and texts concerning the internet service. We are returning calls and messages as quickly as we can. Please know that we may not be on Facebook as often throughout the day but everyone will be answered if they messaged us. Also, you can call our office for information as well at 229-400-9005. If you are just wanting to know pricing...the installation and equipment is $199 and then you have a choice of packages that are $79 or $99 a month. No contracts.

We have had many calls as talk circulates through town and social media about a new internet provider called GoTW3. In answer to some of your questions, yes; it is available in our area and it works well in most rural areas. We have been working with and testing their service for several months now and we can bring our demo unit to you and see if you can get the service you require. If the signal is good, we can sign you up for the service and even help with the installation ...if necessary. We already have customers on the service that are very pleased with the results they are getting. It has been reliable and fast for streaming and gaming as well. Due to the COVID 19 crisis, many people are working from home and/or having to do home schooling with children. We hope to offer a solution that will prove effective and beneficial. Just a quick reminder that our downstairs office is currently closed to the public. We ARE working (mostly remotely) and will take calls and continue to help as much as we can. We at Sterling IT apologize for this inconvenience as we care about each and every one of our customers. Our walk-in traffic is important to us and it was difficult to make this decision. We are currently following the situation closely and following the safest procedures we can to continue to assis...t everyone that we can. We know that the virus can live on a surface for hours and even days and our cell phones and tablets are the two most handled electronics that we use. There isn’t a safe way to repair screens on these smaller devices without some risk to both us and you by passing them back and forth. In an effort to manage the evolving impact of coronavirus on our communities, we are temporarily closing our downstairs walk-in traffic area to limit person-to-person contact. This includes our phone repair services temporarily. Our cell phones are the most used devices that we use daily and we are trying to prevent the spread of any unnecessary germs to be better able to help our customers. Our office will be taking phone calls and performing services on an appointment bas...is only at this time. We need to focus on our local businesses and government entities that need our immediate assistance. Please be understanding to our decision as it was not made lightly because we like to try and help everyone that we can. Sterling and Gabriel will be out of the office October 30th November 1st attending IT Nation in Orlando, Florida. IT Nation is a world-wide event that consists of training sessions with other IT professionals and experts from all areas of the nation and world. This will allow us an opportunity to learn about ways to better service our new and existing customers on a day to day basis. We will be in training sessions learning the latest technology advances and how to implement them in your businesses as well as ours. Sterling IT is proud to have the opportunity to attend this event and we are looking forward to sharing our experiences with you when we return. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Breast cancer is the most common type of non-skin cancer in women in the US. Most of us have been affected by cancer at some point in our lives and it is important that we raise awareness and schedule annual checkups. In recognition of all of those who are Breast Cancer Survivors and those who are fighting the fight today we are giving away this gift basket.
