Mike R Five Stars 1 min ago We had a great night out at the Cooking School at Irwin Street! Chef Jake was a wonderful host, and the class was awesome. My wife surprised me by arranging for the class and inviting a few of our friends. As we socialized and waned in and out of focus, Chef Jake would patiently guide us through preparing the various courses, explaining the techniques and teaching us new skills. It was such a fun experience, and something that you can feel perfectly safe doing during these COVID times. I highly recommend it for individuals or small groups! If you're lucky, you might even get your mind blown when Chef Jake serves up his chanterelle ice cream! SERIOUSLY! Can't wait to come back and do a knife skills class!

Chad and Jessica Hunt joined us last night for their own private spaghetti and meatballs class for their anniversary. It was a wonderful experience for them and for me (Chef Jake)!

I think you would call what we got to do yesterday a silver lining during these very unusual times. Normally we use the outdoor kitchen for grilling and smoking classes but this time it was for Pastabilities. We made homemade ravioli with carbonara and it was one of my favorite groups/favorite classes of all time. If you are busting to get out and do something fun consider a class with us. We're also a great place for team building...in person or virtual...and we always practice Covid safety. A special thanks to Kim Benjamin for being such an awesome assistant!
