The hardest thing to do is to start something new. To take a step in a brand new direction. To allow yourself to be bad at something. The same goes for your building your intuition, choosing to grow it can feel scary. "What if I start to know bad things or things I don't want?" Let's address this. I grew up having premonitions about "bad things" happening from a very young age, and I viewed it as scary. Until I realized (when I was older) those premonitions were like my in...tuition saying, "Girl, I got your back, this dude is a loser and this is what will happen if you don't look out for yourself" Ha. And well, let's just say my intuition is never wrong. (Even when I don't listen ) When I changed my perspective, this information came in way more often and it was very freeing to get these pieces of information so I could do what's best for ME. Technically, being psychic just means you have at least one extraordinary sense. Which one is yours? There are four main Clairs: Clairvoyance - To SEE clearly Clairaudience - To HEAR clearly Claircognizance - To KNOW clearly (Intuition)... Clairsentience - To FEEL clearly (Empath) Are there more than four? Absolutely. So which ones do I have? I have all four. I grew up with Claircognizance and Clairaudience and had to train to build the others (as well as smelling) So in readings, I combine all of my senses to get a bigger picture of what I'm seeing in front of me. Although, I do turn down clairsentience as much as possible to not get overwhelmed with feelings. Everyone has intuition. And it chimes in when: 1. Your mind is quiet 2. You trust it Your mind being quiet is a BIG one. Think about all of the things you think about all day long. How many to-do lists do you have constantly running? Quieting your mind doesn't mean you have to meditate for 30 minutes. Hell, I rarely meditate for 30 minutes in any day and I do this for a living. ... Quieting your mind is a form a self-care. Finding 5 minutes in your day to relax, release all of your "to-dos" and check in with your body. Maybe you're listening to music with your eyes closed. Maybe you're taking a walk. Or drinking coffee as the sun is coming up. The more you practice quieting your mind, you'll be able to hear your own thoughts AND your intuition. Now, you gotta trust it. 9 times out of 10, it's not that your intuition is wrong, it's that you're seconding guessing it. If you don't trust it, that muscle doesn't build. So you'll continue to throw thought intuitive thoughts away. When it does chime in, and you do listen and it's right. TELL SOMEONE. Even if it's me. This is my favorite phase. I legit write it on a post-it and stick it on a mirror. I tend to overschedule myself if I'm not careful. I will work crazy hours if I don't limit myself. This phrase keeps me from overextending myself. I'm really curious, do any of you have a phrase like this? It feels SO WEIRD to not have a Halloween event planned. I don't like it. Not one bit. This month is usually my busiest. Typically, I do at least 4-6 events every October. UGH. OMG. OMG. OMG. IT STARTS TODDAAAAYY! Caps intended. Hah. The Entrepreneur Mindset Course starts this evening! I can't even tell you how many hours I've spent working and perfecting this course. This is such a big day for me today. I'm like jumping for joy but also terrified at the same time. I struggle with failure and as a perfectionist, I tend to see every small hiccup as a failure. This is the question I was asking myself with advertising. Am I good at it? Yes. Do I make a lot of money doing it? Yes. Do I still love it? Not so much. Does it give me a lot of stress?
