Good morning! As most of you know, GCPS has switched us to all virtual learning next week. This will cause me to have to shuffle a few things around with my schedule. If you have an appointment with me in the next two weeks, I will be contacting you individually if I have to move and/or reschedule so I can monitor my offspring while they navigate school online. I’m tired and I almost cried ya’ll, but THANK YOU!

5 YEARS AS A BUSINESS OWNER! This has been one hell of a journey, and I can’t wait to see where it goes. 2020 tried to take me out, but because of my wonderful clients, T.S. pulled through! Here’s to many more years in the biz!

To my clients: Yes- salon’s will reopen- at some point- it’s different for every state, every salon, every stylist What can CLIENTS do, to help salons navigate a new 'normal' you ask?... Know you were missed terribly and your stylists is grateful for your return Know safety measures were created for all involved. Know the importance of coming **alone** as extra people in a salon compromises everyone. Know your stylist cannot physically work 16 hour days 7 days a week, rest is essential for all.. Know your initial services will take more time. *Especially if you cut or colored your hair yourself Know that coming in sick *isn’t* an option Know that rescheduling hundreds of clients will take time... Know that when you arrive you will need to wait until your stylist gives you the go ahead before entering the building, having your cell phone handy in your car will help considerably. Know that your stylist is thrilled to see you, and even though she/he may *want* or *need* a hug, your presence, is the best hug ever. Know that your health and the stylists health is the biggest concern Know that your stylist may choose to open at a later date than the state your in has allowed, being respectful of that decision takes an unimaginable load off his/ her brain and heart. Know your stylist has already lost thousands of and has no desire to replace it with a ventilator for either of you, so plz be patient. Know that if your health is already high risk, you need to wait, your health is more important. Know that your opinion of the entire situation won't change laws and rules necessary for everyone's safety so plz keep the conversation to hair and how we can make you beautiful Know that while trying to connect with your stylist, there are hundreds of others attempting the same thing, responses will be slow coming as your stylist is preparing everything and answering everyone simultaneously Know, above all else, no one is more excited about your arrival than your stylist- help make it the best appointment ever!!! Update on my soft opening I will up and running partially on Saturday, 4/25. I’m currently waiting on my distribution center to ensure me they can get color and supplies to me in a timely manner so I can be ready to go at 100% by Monday, 4/27. ... As you all know, I’ve been flooded with texts, phone calls, emails, along with FB and Instagram messages. I PROMISE I am not ignoring you! I CAN NOT WAIT TO SEE YOU ALL! The problem is I don’t have concrete timeline on when I can open back up to all services. Also, I am single parent and now, a freaking teacher, so my attention is being pulled in 75 different directions. Thank you guys for your patience! I promise to get everyone taken care of very soon!
