UGA Dairy Science Club will be working with UGA Young Farmers and Ranchers and Block and Bridle to present milking demonstrations (thanks to Georgia Mobile Dair...y Classroom) with free ice cream after! There will be a presentation at 6:15 for community members and another presentation at 6:45 for college students and anybody else to join. This is a great opportunity to learn how the dairy industry operates, and everybody loves free ice cream! See more

Greetings, AgDawgs! We are happy to welcome you back to the campuses of the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences. Since March nothing in our world... has been normal, and since June we have been carefully reopening our campuses to faculty and staff. Now it is time to reopen for you. A tremendous effort has been extended to make our campuses and classrooms safe for you and your teachers because your safety is of utmost importance to us. You have been given information as a guide to make you safe and successful this fall. Please monitor all your sources of information to stay on your game! Please observe the guidelines in your classrooms, wear your face coverings indoors where social distancing may not be possible, wash/sanitize your hands, and look to your instructors for class and lab instructions. Most importantly, learn from some incredibly trained and gifted teachers. We are all in this together, and together we will create an environment for your success. We are glad you are back and we look forward to exploring the worlds of agriculture, environment and the sciences together. Welcome back, Ag Dawgs, and GO DAWGS!
