It has been brought to my attention that the pool heater is struggling again. I apologize for the inconvenience but maintenance has been notified. I will keep you updated.

I just wanted to say that on behalf of all our staff, we wish you all a happy and safe start to your new year and we are thankful you joined us during this pandemic and cannot wait to start out our year with you all. We will be back open on Saturday.

Starting Dec 15th, Group Cycling Class is moving from Wednesday's at 9:40am to Tuesday's at 7:30am. Then if you have more energy to burn afterwards you can jump into Dale's Circuit Class at 8:30am
