I use to think the old school thought of bodybuilding, which does not have a good supoort, is the thought and mentality of I am bulking. No, good sir, you are... not bulking your just getting fat which doesn't translate to muscle, for when you quote shred down you really lost all your fat and very little gains if any. You will lose all strenght losing 20 to 30 pounds. Why would you bulk to lose it all.

235 for 3 seconds down pause rep and press for 12 reps then 225 without stopping for another 8 reps. Then did close grip 225 for 8 reps. Make sure you slow the weight down and squeeze at the top while pausing at the bottom for 1 second. Did also 21's with 225 pounds. Did dumbell with 60 pounds doing 10 at the half bottom and 10 reps at half top and 10 full reps for 3 sets. Then finished with 30 pushups. 1 pushup 1 second test then two pushups for 1 second test until you can't do anymore. Got up to the number 7. Check us out at www.bodymindandfaith.com. When asked what we feed our dogs, it is often difficult for most people to understand that we feed our dogs REAL fresh food. Most pet owners are so conditioned ...to believe dogs eat kibble or canned dog food that they never give a thought to the fact that you CAN and should feed your dog real food. Here is a sampling from two of our dogs' dinner tonight. We try to feed something different in their meals every night. Tonight was shredded carrots and cucumber, calf liver, various organs, ground beef, ground turkey, mackerel, chicken, an egg, and coconut oil. I ran out of pumpkin seeds. I usually top the meals with ground pumpkin seeds and flaxmeal. I also feed my dogs plain yogurt. See more
Chest pullover on "total gym" machine. Fully stretch all the way back with arms straight having very little bend at the elbows. Pull forward utilizing your upper pectoral muscles. Squeeze at the top. To prevent shoulder injuries, I suggest doing rear raises, then side raises, after accomplishing total of 6 sets start utilizing dumbbells and barbell for presses. Keep hand placement closer than shoulder width apart. This keeps the stress off the rotator cuffs and engages the overall heads of the shoulder better than shoulder width hand placement. When doing skull crushers for triceps, keep elbows pointed to the ceiling, keep the arms bent and elbows always pointed again to the ceiling. To keep from having elbow tendinitis, you need to involve shoulder involvement having the bar almost touching the floor and press up without locking out. When training you must engage the mind more than the numbers. Vizualize the muscle breakdown. Involve your muscles into the workout. Concentrate on squeezing at the top of every exercise movement. You don't need perfect form because there is none. You need correct form. Leave the numbers game out the window and truly learn how to properly lift maximizing muscle involvement.

When doing the tricep pushdowns keep upright and keep elbows to the side. Press down and squeeze slowly resisting gravity allow the arms to go 90 degrees and press down again.
When performing the bench press one should have a natural bend at the elbows on the downward motion. It takes the stress of the rotator cuff of the shoulders and also the overall shoulders. Squeeze at the top and explode from the bottom. Place the hands where you will naturally bend at the elbows on the downward motion. Feet flat on the floor. Slightly arch the back. Stay tight throughout the motion. Use your breathing to power through the heavy reps. Maximize muscle breakdown.
