We have many patients that are completely distraught when they must go to their appointments alone due to hospital visitor restrictions, especially when they have to hear tough news alone.

It's amazing how much Telemedicine has made leaps and bounds these last 3 months since the Covid Quarantine of 2020 started. There is still lots of work to do to keep the trend going! #womenstelehealth #telemedicine #telehealth #covid19Atlanta

Women’s Telehealth is deeply saddened by the recent events in our nation triggered by the death of George Floyd. WT cares deeply as many, if not the majority, of our high risk OB patients represent a minority in this country and we deal with health care disparity realities daily. We strive to bring world class medical service to patients using telehealth- often to those that are underserved or unserved. We are always interested in expanding our awareness and improving our actions to embrace differences, listen to one another’s experiences and to find ways to support our team and a patient care environment of safety, respect and inclusivity.

Here at Women's Telehealth, we are SO grateful to be able to continue to provide Maternal Fetal Medicine services via Telemedicine in Georgia and Alabama with the only change being that we are all telecommuting from our homes to keep up with the Social Distancing protocols. Here are a few pictures of our employee work views this morning in Georgia as we enjoy the beautiful Spring morning from different vantage points. Some of us took our laptops out to our porches to enjoy some fresh air. We pray that everyone stay safe and try to find something you can be grateful for each day to keep your spirits up. Show us your work view today by posting a pic in the comments!!
