GOOD INTENTIONS Over the span of your career, you will meet a lot of people who tell you how much they appreciate you. But you will also meet people who hate you, despise you, and want to bring you harm. When you took your oath of office, you knew the risks, the dangers, and what the world that you would entering was like. But to know that the God you serve has a plan for your life means that His power, His plan, His destiny will always outweigh that of this world and the en...emy. If the day comes and the burdens of your calling seem like they have become too heavy to bear and you cannot continue, then remember: "For I know the plans I have for you." If you ever feel worthless, useless, and forgotten in this world, then remember that God "plans to prosper you and not to harm you." You serve a loving, heavenly Father who knows all your needs. He will not abandon you in the middle of battle, and He will never turn His back on you. God has a plan for your life. Heavenly Father, thank you for giving me a plan for my life-plan to prosper me, to protect me, and to give me hope and future. Amen. "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. " Jeremiah 29:11
