The funds for the bathroom for Kittredge Park have been approved the the Dekalb BOC. Construction should start soon

Great news for Kittredge Park. The county has approved and funded a bathroom for the park that we be located next to the playground. It has taken 5 years but it should be completed (weather permitting) by the end of 2020. More to follow.

Spring has sprung at Kittredge Park. Please come visit. Observe social distancing and please keep your furry friends on a leash.

Come join us on Saturday September 8th at 12:30 for a work day in the park. We will be meeting in the parking lot by the swimming pool. We will provide tools, gloves, water and snacks. All you need to bring is your volunteer spirit. Long pants and work shoes recommend. Hope to see you there!

We installed trail signs around the park this morning, making it easier to navigate the loop trail. Saw lots of wild flowers, including lobelia (cardinal flower) and pachypoda ( Dolls eyes). Come out enjoy Kittredge Park.

Great job by the men of Kappa Sigma from Emory University today. We planted 80 trees and shrubs at Kittredge Park.

Hello everyone. We are having a work day in Kittredge Park this Saturday, March 24th, from 1-4. We will planting trees, spreading mulch and doing some repairs to the deck. If you are interested, please come join us. We will be meeting the parking lot by the swimming pool between 12:45 and 1. Wear work clothes and sturdy shoes. We will provide gloves, tools, water and snacks. Come join us!
