We have committed to raise at least $2,500 to benefit this amazing organization! To help us reach our goal, we are raffling a chance to win a FULL DAY/ 8-hour Rental, to be enjoyed any (non-holiday) Monday-Friday on their brand new 2019 Island Voyager Yacht!! Y’all, this thing is super nice & was designed especially for that outing on the lake you’ve been dreaming about! The details... At 40 feet long, this yacht can accommodate up to 28 passengers. It features a bathroom, a slide from the spacious upper deck, a wet bar with a sink, mini-fridge and microwave, a tanning platform, a generator for electrical power and a stereo system with Bluetooth! This boat is perfect for corporate parties, family reunions and birthday gatherings! The rental of this boat is worth $749! Raffle tickets are only $10 each!! Buy as many chances as you want! We will share the spread sheet with all the names & corresponding numbers before the drawing. We will finalize the list by Friday night, the 27th, & then draw the lucky number on Saturday!) Shelter info: The Good Neighbor Homeless Shelter is the beneficiary of the Bed Race. Good Neighbor provides emergency shelter as well as physical, emotional, and spiritual support to homeless men, women, and families in our community. All of their guests must be drug and alcohol free and either looking for work or working. In 2019 they will help more than 600 people find jobs, save money, and secure new places to call home. Good Neighbor also serves 13 families in Transitional Housing who are working and taking classes at local community colleges to prepare for living-wage employment and improve their children’s future. Each day about 70 people are being sheltered through their programs including nearly 40 children under the age of 18. Thank you so much for your support!
